BARREL ROOM TASTING 21+
Discover your favorite BOTTAIA wine while tasting + staying cool amungst the barrels in our temperature controlled Barrel Room.
The Barrel Room tasting experience includes a tasting of 6 estate bottled wines + 1 straight from the barrel.
This room is designed to create a perfect environment for our wines as they barrel age and is kept at cool, cellar tempuratures.
SEATED CHARCUTERIE PAIRING + TASTING 21+
Immerse in a guided tasting experience of 5 high quality estate wines paired with a charcuterie board of your choosing in our Seated Tasting Room.
Choose from: Antipasto Platter, Charcuterie Board, or Mediterranean Vegetable Platter
WINE BLENDING LAB 21+
An intimate experience in our professional blending lab in our Fermentation Hall with views of the casks, concrete and oak vats.
Blend four barreled wines into three separate red blends using graduated cylinders and pipettes for exact measurements & feel like a Winemaker for the day.
Each guest gets to bottle, cork, capsule and take home their own blend that same day.
MEMBERS ONLY TERRACE 21+
Exclusively for Wine Club Members, 21+.
Enjoy wine by the glass, bottle or flight while soaking in the best vineyard views in Southern California. The Member Terrace is covered by a soaring roof and overlooks our 45 acre estate vineyard extending as far as the eye can see.
All BOTTAIA wines are available for purchase. House made charcuterie, desserts + small bites.

Exclusively for Wine Club Members. 21+.
Enjoy wine by the glass, bottle or flight in the sophisticated and luxurious Indoor Member Lounge, a living room with soaring ceilings and amazing vineyard views.

Group + Transportation Policies
Groups
Tables and group sizes are limited to 8 guests maximum.
Parties larger than 8 guests will be booked and treated as separate reservations,
and will be seated at multiple tables that may be in various areas at The Winery.
Walk-in Members and guests will be seated based on availability.
All reservations are held as a courtesy for 10 minutes before they get marked in the system as a "No Show."

Transportation Policy
Limousines transporting groups of up to 8 guests are welcome with advanced reservation,
we do not accept busses, party buses or coach buses, regardless of standing reservations.
Please ensure your provided transportation is within BOTTAIA Policy.
Limousine companies must have a current and valid TCP license number and must also be registered
with the TVWA Responsible Partners Program to be accepted on a property.
Intoxicated guests and/or guests with outside alcohol cannot be admitted,
regardless of having a written confirmation, as required by California law.
