What is the Membership?

This is an automatically billed wine subscription with added winery benefits.

You will receive 4 bottles of wine, quarterly (shipment schedule listed below).

The price per wine shipment will range anywhere between $130-$215, depending on the club type you have chosen (shipping and tax not included).

You have the option to pick-up your shipment wines at the winery or have them shipped to you.

Opt To Pick Up? We do have a 60-day pick up policy. Any order not picked up within that time period will be shipped to the shipping address on file. Shipping fees would be applied to the card on file.

Opt to Ship? Any order containting alcohol will require an adult signature (of 21 years of age) upon arrival. We recommend using a business address to ease delivery.

All membership benefits are for the Members only and are non-transferable. Members must be present to receive discounts in the tasting areas, dining, hotel or anywhere on property. We invite you to enjoy your complimentary Barrel Room tasting benefits 24 hours after you join. We reserve the right to change the benefits at any time.
Cancellation Policy
The BOTTAIA Wine Club Membership is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after you have purchased 4 bottles to activate your membership and received two (2) automatic wine club shipments. A total of 12 bottles.
If you cancel your membership before purchasing two automatic shipments, you authorize Bottaia Winery to charge your credit card for an amount equal to the membership discounts received up to the date of cancellation. To avoid being charged for an automatic shipment, a cancellation request must be submitted seven (7) days before the next billing date. Automatic shipments processed prior to a cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received.
Cancellations must be sumbitted either via email: wineclub@bottaiawinery.com or by logging into your membership to cancel online. No phone calls will be accepted.

Members are now eligible to enroll in our Club Exclusive Unlimted Shipping Option. Enjoy unlimited UPS Ground Shipping on all Wine Club orders, Online Store orders and Tasting Room orders.
- $149/ calendar year.
- Unlimited UPS Ground Shipping available for the Continental US only, excludes AK + HI.
- Must be an Active Club Member to enroll and remain enrolled to receive unlimited shipping.
- Valid for one full calendar year; the year starts on the day purchased and ends the day before the following year. If the membership is cancelled before the full calendar year is up, the shipping benefits are also forfeited.
- Normal UPS Ground transit times apply.
- Requires an adult (21+ years of age) signature upon delivery for every order.
- Does not include merchandise orders.
