You’ll be guided through a step-by-step process to taste four varietals of young, red wine taken straight from the barrel. Then, blend them into three separate red blends and taste again! Identify your favorite blend, which will be bottled, corked and capsuled on-the-spot for you to take home.
You’ll receive a glass of your personalized blend to enjoy after your wine has been bottled. Remember, aging is part of the winemaking process – we recommend letting your bottled wine age for a minimum of a year before opening.
The Wine Blending Lab experience is held in our professional blending lab inside the Fermentation Building with views of the casks, concrete, and oak vats. The wines in this experience are red wines only.
A communal experience for a maximum of 10 guests per session.
Accepting parties of 2 – 10 guests with advanced reservation.
